I love Retail
About 25 years ago, I began my work at The Body Shop. It was the place to work back then because it was a powerhouse brand and there was a certain cache about working there. I learnt so much about myself and how to sell. In fact, we were so well trained that I thought that’s the way all retail organisations invested in their staff. Boy, was I wrong! And not much has changed.
